Return & Refund Policy

At The Farm Company, we strive to deliver natural, ethically sourced food products with the highest standards of purity and quality. Since our products are perishable and made in small batches using traditional methods, we do not offer refunds or accept returns once an order is confirmed. However, we are always committed to customer satisfaction. If there is a genuine issue, we will work closely with you to find a fair and amicable resolution.

1. Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged item: Notify us within 5 days of delivery via email at thefarmcompany@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 7339972394. Include the following: Order number Image of the invoice One photo of the outer box Two clear images of the damaged product In case of multiple items, only the damaged item will be replaced. 2. Missing Product

If your order is incomplete: Inform us within 5 days of delivery. Send us: Order number Invoice image Outer box image Two clear photos of the opened package showing all received items While refunds are not possible, we will promptly re-send the missing item after investigation.

3. Spoiled or Defective Product

If the product is spoiled: Notify us within 10 days of delivery. Share: Order number Date of packaging/manufacture Clear photos or video showing the issue Note: Variations in taste, texture, color, or aroma may naturally occur due to our handmade, chemical-free process. These do not qualify as spoilage. If spoilage is confirmed, we will replace the product or offer an appropriate solution.

General Notes

Emails/WhatsApp messages will be responded to within 24–48 hours. We are committed to providing full assistance and ensuring a fair outcome. All concerns must be reported within the specified timeframes. Delayed claims may not be entertained.
